Over Ten Years of Excellence ... Teschon, Riccobene & Siss  was formed in 1996 by Russel B. Teschon, Esq; Peter E. Riccobene, Esq.; and Darryl W. Siss, Esq.  Together, their diverse legal experience encompasses many areas of law and affords clients the opportunity to receive legal counsel from the firm for the majority of their legal needs. 

Russel B. Teschon, Esq.

practices in the areas of litigation, family law and personal injury.  He received his B.A. from Houghton College, and his J.D. from Pace University.  He has attended graduate studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.  He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars.  He presently serves as Judge for both the Townships of Wyckoff and Glen Rock.  He is also Chairman of Panel 16 Bergen County Family Part Early Settlement Panel.  He has held positions as Attorney for the Ringwood Zoning Board of Adjustment, Prosecutor for the Borough of North Haledon, and Prosecutor for the Township of Wyckoff.  Additional service to the public includes Member District IIA Ethics Committee, and Chairman Panel D District IIA Fee Arbitration Committee.  He is listed in Who's Who in American Law and has received an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale Hubbell indicating the highest of legal abilities and ethics.

Peter E. Riccobene, Esq.

practices in the areas of Commercial Financing and Real Estate and Private Client Services - Trust and Estate administration.  He received his B.A. from Tulane University, his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law - Penn State and his LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University.  He is admitted to the New Jersey and Florida Bars.

Darryl W. Siss, Esq.

practices in the area of residential and commercial real estate, zoning and land use applications, landlord and tenant actions, commercial debt collection, and the formation of corporations and limited liability companies.  He received his B.A. from Montclair State University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University, Magna Cum Laude.  He has served as Passaic County Counsel and serves as board attorney to the Midland Park Planning Board and Prospect Park Board of Adjustment.

Michael P. Hickey, Esq.

practices in the areas of litigation, family law and personal injury with Russel B. Teschon, Esq.  He received his B.A. with honors from Stockton State College and his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School.  He has attended graduate studies at Alliance Theological Seminary.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and has been actively practicing law for eighteen (18) years.  He has been a vital member of the firm for over ten (10) years.  Prior to joining the firm, Michael was employed with Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker and Crummy Del Deo Dolan Griffinger and Vecchione.
